Other pumps have been larger and one had a soft plastic ring at the opening to insure seal but interior was much too large but came with pressure gauge which was good. Your latest pump chamber is much better and the sleeve to remove the ring is fantastic. However my penis fills the chamber which causes my partner some problems. My partner asked me to see if I could reduce thickness but would like to enjoy longer. Is it possible to have a chamber one quarter inch less in diameter? Would the vacuum then help to increase length with use?   I have recommended your pump to friends. I have found that the ring selection is not constant but fortunately purchased extra ones.
