The product was delivered within 3 days of ordering. The pump head function perfect. I purchased a VED following my prostatectomy as therapy, I would recommend this to anyone being in the position of having this surgery. I found the therapy to be very helpful and have used the VED for 12 years. The pump head finally failed. After receiving this new pump head, I did not realize how weak the original one had become. Great quality product and I would definitely recommend EDpump.com!
